Only 1.6 lakh Students Register For JEE Advanced 2022

The Join Entrance Exam (Main) 2022 was held 2 session this year, around 2.6 lakhs candidates cleared JEE(Main) 2022 exam. Many students secured good rank JEE(Main) 2022 and started preparing for the JEE Advanced 2022.

This year only 1.6 lakhs students registered for JEE Advanced Exam 2022, a record of 38.5% of dropout rate in JEE (Advanced) 2022 registration.

Relaxation for JEE Advanced 2022 Candidates by NTA.

According to the source last year candidates who have cleared the class 12th and later registered for JEE Advanced 2021 exam were absent in both the papers of JEE(Advanced) 2021 are now directly eligible for the JEE Advanced 2022 Exam. This relaxation is provided by the National Testing Agency & 23 IITs due to the numerous representations received regarding the eligibility criteria and the major hit of pandemic COVID-19 on the students. This Relaxation is special one time measures.

This year the Joint Entrance Exam (Advanced) 2022 will be conduct by IIT Bombay in over 600+ Exam Centres in 226 Cities. The exam will be held on 28th August 2022 and also 50 foreigners also give the exam including OCIs and PIOs.

The JEE (Advanced) 2022 exam will be held in two shifts

Shift 1: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Shift 2: 2:30 PM – 5:30 PM
